TIFFIN, OH., May 14 – Karl C. Kerschner, Managing Partner of the Stultz & Stephan, Ltd. law firm located in Tiffin, Ohio, has been named by Ohio Super Lawyers as a 2010 Rising Star for his legal work focusing on financial institution and corporate representation.

Attorney Kerschner began his practice as a civil litigator with Wood & Lamping, LLP, a law firm in Cincinnati, Ohio, and then practiced with Schottenstein, Zox & Dunn, Co., LPA, a prestigious Columbus-based law firm, where he continued his complex civil litigation practice. Attorney Kerschner returned to northwest Ohio in 2006 and currently manages S&S's growing statewide financial institution practice.
