Stultz & Stephan provides representation for our governmental clients in several core areas, including collections, litigation, post-judgment recovery, bankruptcy, and loan document preparation. As part of our governmental representation, we serve as Special Counsel to the Ohio Attorney General.

We safeguard sensitive and confidential client and taxpayer information based upon the standards required under state and federal law, including the detailed obligations set forth under I.R.S. Publication 1075. Stultz & Stephan’s Compliance Officer continually works with our internal compliance team and our external compliance consultants to maintain and improve upon Stultz & Stephan’s policies and procedures relating to physical site security and system security through routine staff training, inspections, and audits.
