Elizabeth M. Boehler
Elizabeth is a paralegal and has been with the firm since 2011. She is also the Practice Manager for our Government Group. She assists with I.R.S. 1075 compliance, government recovery compliance, and other matters associated with Stultz & Stephan’s government creditors’ rights, collection, and recovery practice. Elizabeth works closely with our internal I.R.S. Publication 1075 team and our external consultants to ensure a culture of compliance throughout Stultz & Stephan’s practice.
Elizabeth also assists with client relations, marketing, and aids in the management of the firm’s continued growth.
